The equivalent to a woman being forced to have a rape-baby, would likely be young men and their families being forced to pay child support for a baby that a woman had while raping them, but on a more legally damaging scale.

Nick Olivas, a rape victim at 14, didn’t even know he had a child until long after he was a minor in 2019, as it’s completely up to a woman whether or not she wants to pursue child support or even tell a man if he fathered a child.

In Nicks case, the child was 6 years old when the child predator, pedophile and rapist decided to pursue child support. Being that she decided to wait 6 years, the court decided that Nick owed 15,000 dollars, also throwing in interest. The state seized his bank account and garnished 380$ a month.

"Anything I do as an adult, I should be responsible for," he said. "But as a teenager? I don't think so."

Some could argue that he didn’t do anything. However, since society has pounded his obligation as a man to support women into his head, he says that he wants to pay child support and see his daughter. His rights however, moving forward as a father, are limited, as 50/50 custody is not granted in default in all states but two, and most states decide in favor of the mother.

Words like “had sex with” are often used when male children are raped and forced to risk prison, giving up their financial freedom, and forced into slavery to provide for rapists for over a decade of their lifespans. In some cases, like with the rich and famous, or when CBS covers a story on 2 year olds getting raped, the term is also used. This term is disgusting in all cases regardless of prevalence.

We at Speed Media usually do not take stances on issues, but we would like to convey they there is no such thing as even a borderline adult grownup “having sex“ with a minor.

The courts state that child support is for children, not for mothers, so rape is not relevant.

Child support IS for mother’s whenever the mother has the option to not rape, to use protection, adopt out a child she can’t afford, or have an abortion in a majority of states.

The narrative suggests this is a simple technicality that can be overthrown, but it is in fact written legal policy that rape victims can go to prison if they cannot afford child support.

Raping men is considered a mainstream running joke against men, example, Crimson Bolt brutally raped by Boltie, soon after puked after begging her to stop, in the popular movie Super, with Rainn Wilson and Elliot Page. This was cited as a romantic scene by actors, and as a hot sex scene by multiple media outlets, and was only criticized for not being more comedic in most.

When support lines and groups for sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence began accepting male callers in 2018, they were immediately met with disdain and hateful comments from female activists were left on government sites and news articles relaying the news, stating that “men are just trying to upstage women to justify the fact that men are violent against them.” They continued victim-shaming male victims on these websites which took months to remove the comments.

However, contesting that narrative, or proclaiming that you are a men’s rights group, puts you at risk for legal repercussions in future legislation. In the US and UK, men’s rights groups against family court bias, gender diversity hiring incentives, and a lack of rape accountability, or systemic bias in general are often deemed “Hate-Groups“ due to some members claiming that a person providing “unenthusiastic consent” does not constitute a rape charge, and that false accusations happen.

According to many organizations, men claiming they are oppressed is a dog-whistle for mocking female hate, in spite of stabbed, abducted and raped children being forced to pay child support as adults to female captors, and 50/50 custody rarely being a default.

Oddly enough, SPLC.org is the primary organization behind radicalizing fathers rights movements as hate-groups, take for example, this inaccurate statistic provided to justify the classification:

The name must be a misnomer, as SPLC refuses to acknowledge that the law excluding women from being potential rape victims had changed in 2014.

That’s right, women could not be rape perpetrators by law until 2014 and major law centers that decide who is and is not a hate group, deny the law for sexism’s sake. They also conveniently excluded female rapists from their statistics because SPLC is possibly a hate group run by rape-sympathizers who empower women to rape men by telling men their rapes don't count. They only support minorities when it suits their cause. If men are minorities in anything, men do not matter. They don’t support minorities unless they can financially gain from them.

The statistics provided are equally as insulting and hateful to women as they are to men, because they only count charges, they do not include women and men who were scared to come forward. Though everyone faces tribulation from family and narcissistic peers when coming forward, women are often empowered to come forward by society itself, while men are historically joked about, denied help from Law Enforcement, not taken seriously enough to obtain a case, and are often even discouraged from coming forward, or mocked by groups similar to feminists and the SPLC as trying to “politically grandstand to take the spotlight off of women”.

So long as these issues such as male rape victims paying child support, are all tied together with male victims of false accusations and redacted consent, the men’s right movement may never gain traction. The system makes hundreds of thousands of dollars on family court charges against men and crimes against women every year, and they’re not about to stop anytime soon.

Women will always be viewed and protected in society due to misogyn, patriarchy, and prison labor, which men are more physically qualified for. Women are more useful to the system when they are forcing men to be bonded in chains due to keeping child. Women ignore those, but it ultimately hurts them in the end, because the system may soon decide that it would be most beneficial to take away a woman’s right to abort all together, and force raped and not-raped men and boys to pay in a maximum amount in child support and be put in prisons for profit.
