Texas Mayor Slams ‘Lazy’ ‘Weak’ Residents With Natural Selection for Requesting Heat and Water

Families and individuals who have been left in the cold without heat and water, looking for shelter and resources were met with an angry mayor.

“only the strong will survive and the weak will perish”

- Colorado City Mayor, Tim Boyd (public worker, paid by tax money) slammed people for looking for tax money from the government, ironically. His lack of empathy and unawareness in his particular financial situation continued;

"No one owes you or your family anything; nor is it the local government's responsibility to support you during trying times like this!"

Tim completely forgot about citizens who are forced to pay taxes to local government and subscribe to services under the threat of violence, imprisonment, and child removal by the state for lack of specific services. He also seemingly forgot about citizens being strictly regulated against for using their own methods of obtaining water and power, and discouraged from going off grid by the federal government.

”Sink or swim it's your choice! The City and County, along with power providers or any other service owes you NOTHING! I'm sick and tired of people looking for a damn handout!”

While not only limiting business potential and competition for other water and power resources, citizens can also be placed on watch-lists and face expensive permits or fines for seeking alternate sources of water and electricity, however, according to sources, the borderline elderly, former tax-money funded government worker; is the hardest of asses with only natural selection and survival of the fittest in mind.

The ‘natural selection’ narrative would be more logical if people were allowed by government to compete with providing resources. Instead, choices for energy sources are either limited by government regulation or imbalance of research funding by taxpayer dollars.

Tim Boyd, was a part of that government that forces people to pay taxes to local government to ram certain companies down citizens throats. The government therefore, is held to the expectation that it would look after the people that it has forced to support it. Most government officials agree with that expectation, however, Tim Boyd’s outlaw logic suggests that people should take on a “Mad Max” way of life, ignore federal regulations, and find their own power and electricity in a “survival of the fittest” world, where he thinks he’d somehow survive.

Meet Tim Boyd, the only Mayor to make a statement like this out of 3000+ public officials in 14 states who are currently issuing rolling blackouts and facing challenging weather.

One of the tax-money funded statements:

“step up and come up with a game plan. Think outside of the box to survive and supply water to your family.”

Taxpayers paid for that statement. For reasons previously mentioned, the statement is confusing.

He has since resigned, claiming that his statement was taken out of context, and that he resigned BEFORE he made the statement, and that he was only talking about the lazy people looking for a handout...during an ice storm with no water or electricity?

He is also seemingly confused as to why people are angry with him and his wife who was fired from her job for her obvious affiliation with him. (Pictured)

A citizen writes in;

In what world do you address an entire public in deadly crisis by speaking about “lazy people”? People are angry. He resigned. He knows what he said was wrong.

For the aging former government worker, now in a jobless household and no longer employed by tax-money, let’s hope his sentiment was incorrect.
