Not the father? Pay child support anyway with this neat trick!

Courts Order DNA for Child Support, denies DNA evidence when Fathers seek custody, says DNA analysis is accurate when finding men guilty of non-support, but inaccurate when determining that they are not the father, but if it is accurately determining that they are not the father, it doesn't matter anyway, and men still have to pay child support.

A Kentucky Judge and several other Law Officials have been having a difficult time interpreting the law when it seemed to possibly ride in this fathers favor. This man linked below fornicated with a married woman and she became pregnant. She denied that the child was his, and he decided to take a paternity test that proved he was indeed the father. He took this evidence to court in an attempt to see his child.

The judge decided that the father had no rights to the child, in spite of DNA evidence that proved that the child was his.

DNA has often been on rare occasions, deemed as junk science, partly due to lack of QC in laboratory settings and unsurety in the science itself. It is hard to say which test was wrong in this case, where a young man was told his whole life that the man who is his father, was not his father after he was mandated to provide a court ordered DNA test for child support reasons. The father had later died, and he thought his mother was possibly a liar until after his father had died, and his fathers DNA 🧬 was taken, and it was determined that he was in fact, the biological father.

No child support order has been made to the dead father at this time, surprisingly.

I’m some states, you still have to pay child support, even if you’re not the father and the father can not be determined. Someone has to pay the bill.

Joseph Sinawa, a Florida resident, unfortunately believed that his wife didn’t procreate with other men, and signed his child’s birth certificate, only to soon discover, his wife was in fact procreating with other men.

He proved that he was not the father through multiple DNA tests, and had appealed to the state of Florida. However, like many courts who side with the mother nearly no matter the case, the court denied his appeal and he still risks going prison, losing his drivers license, getting raped behind bars, watching his family die off one by one from behind a cell, due to the fact that he can barely afford child support for a kid that isn’t even his, after being the victim of a cheating wife.

DNA Tests are mandatory for fathers who want to claim they aren’t the father for child support reasons, but they’re not accepted when a father is attempting to have a relationship with his child in many states. They are also not recognized if the father is not the father and doesn’t want to pay child support.

Not the father? Pay child support anyway with this neat trick! Be born with a penis and use it thinking your wife isn’t a hoe.

Don’t worry Louisiana, we got you covered! You’re next!
