Entergy allegedly instructed their emergency hotline employees to tell costumers with fires and equipment damage due to broken meters and power grid issues that “Entergy is under no obligation to provide power”.
Entergy has also pulled back a commitment of 30 million dollars to a power station in New Orleans allegedly as a means to punish complaints.
The Louisiana Power Commission has allegedly received hundreds of valid complaints on Entergy. With thousands of alleged issues such as billing “mistakes”, meters stuck in demo mode and overcharging costumers, backtracking due to “underestimation”, constant equipment breakdowns and hundreds of thousands dollars worth of overcharges, damages to costumer appliances, burned down homes due to arching, and the unpopular catch phrases given to emergency hotline employees, that Entergy is allegedly heading towards obsoletion or a major country-wide audit for major violations and will possibly be replaced by 2025.
Someone has made a banner to express their feelings on the issue, but Speed Media has no comment on the explicit artwork.
